Return Process

  Contact our dedicated sleep specialists via phone or email within your trial period to begin the return or exchange process.

  Verification and Approval

  Provide your order number and proof of purchase; our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Schedule Pickup or Shipping

  For large items like mattresses and adjustable bases, we will coordinate with a local removal service or freight carrier to schedule a convenient pickup time.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once the item is confirmed as picked up or received at our warehouse, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
